New Stuff that's Old!

This rainy, rainy day finally allowed me to put up some of the 3293205932-5 lovely things I rescued from my grandma's attic in my store. I so wish that I had what it takes to wear all these fancy topper hats from the 40's. I did however, keep a couple for myself. But there are far too many gems to not share with the world. This stuff is in crazy good condition too...suuuuch a pity it took me until now to rescue them!

p.s. those fancy gloves i was talking about a while back are up in the store now too!

gloves!!!

grandmas's are good for so many things..among them..hand-me-downs! i beg my grandma every time i visit her house to let me go up in the attic and dig through all the wonderful things i know i'll find up there. knowing my love for vintage findings, last time i saw her, she had put together a little package of all her old, vintage belongings that she thought i would enjoy. SHE HAD 349239052035923 PAIRS OF GLOVES! she must have loved gloves. they are all so beautiful and each with it's own delicate embellishment or detail (i especially love the ruffled ones!). oh how i wish it was the 40s and 50s again, so we could all wear pretty gloves again. i don't know what i would do with all these gloves though, i may keep a couple pairs for myself (maybe even hang 'em on my friggin wall!) but i will most likely sell the rest. so keep posted, they'll most likely go up in the store within the next week or so!

New Vintage Items in the Store!

As previously promised, I added some more items to my store (including that amazing handbag that i wore with that yellow Tulle dress a few weeks ago!). Fingers-crossed, i'll keep up with this! Yay!

i finally got my act together...like i've been promising for a ridiculous long time! I added some of my hand-made headbands to my store! And since I'm on this hot-streak, i'm adding more items with a vengeance! (Stay tuned!)

exciting news alert! i will be a regular vendor at the Brooklyn Flea Market this summer! for those of you lucky enough to live in BK, stop by and say hi. any way this means that at least for the summer, i am keeping all the items in the store hand-crafted, and i will be selling all vintage at the flea. that being said, here is the first installment of summery, smock dresses that have all been made by me! they should be up in the store very very soon!
